Do you think that this artical should be broken into 3 pages?

  • Doug Moench (Intro/Bio)
  • Doug Moench Partial Comic Bibliography
  • Doug Moench Partial Non-Comic Bibliography

Or should the page just be shorted by remove the artist/inker information from the comics section?

I hate toss that information out, but I do not know where else to display that information.

For a writer with a much shorter bibliography, keeping the artist info wouldn't hurt, but in Moench's case it feels like padding. His partnership with Gulacy merits a mention, though. I've taken the initiative of removing the artist information and fixing a few erroneous entries. The list is much more readable now IMHO. -Sean Curtin 21:22, Jan 6, 2005 (UTC)

Hey, there were a couple of formating errors that accured after you deleted the artist. Book of the Dead was on the same line as another.

Also Paul and Doug did not create Shang Chi, they started on MoKF at about issue 15.

It was #20, though Gulacy started a couple issues earlier. Good point, I'd always assumed that they'd been the creators and had to double-check. -Sean Curtin 06:05, Jan 8, 2005 (UTC)
Ya know, I think this page is just about ready to come off clean up.

Moonkight High Strangers - The entry for this comic was just changed. What it use to say about the missprint on the cover was true. It should be changed back.

Check out this splash page from the first issue.

Anyone know how his surname should be pronounced? 86.168.73.235 (talk) 02:37, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

High Strangers is the correct title

[edit]

I’m afraid that the series is called “High Strangers.” The first issue is “High Strangeness,” followed by “Weird Wide Web” followed by “Mind Maze” and lastly “Dragon’s Madness.” The links below contain the cover pages for the comics, and you will see how each is a part of the “High Strangers” series, not “High Strangeness.”

Is this Wildstorm trivia trivial?

[edit]

I either overheard directly, or indirectly while I was working at Wildstorm that Doug never did any work for Wildstorm because he gave Jim Lee a "noogie" once, and Jim had a grudge against him ever since. I worked at Wildstorm from 1992 to 1999. You guys know more about Mr. Moench's work than I do, (although I am a big fan from his MOKF work) and can see how much he did for Image. I have always wanted to tell Doug about this, but never met him. Tighelander 06:01, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
