Are they still found in Siberia? I found lots of sites saying things like elk are common food of Siberian tigers but do they mean elk or moose? Are there separate sub-species in Russia? Rmhermen 23:16, Oct 29, 2003 (UTC)


It might be interesting to note that this species has been nominated as among 100 of the "World's Worst" invaders at issg.org Suppafly 19:53, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
