I think there are some errors in this paragraph in the "Resistance to Nanoprobes" section:

"However, with the assistance of the federation starship Voyager, the Borg reprogrammed the probes to attack and denature the 8472 species cells, killing them. It is unknown whether this one modification to nanoprobe technology will allow the Borg to soon asimilate species 8472 into their collective."

Firstly, the Doctor is the one who modifies the nanoprobes in the "Scorpion" episode. Also, since Seven of Nine joined Voyager by the end of the episode, they never give that knowledge to the Borg.

Whether the Borg stole that knowledge from Seven of Nine when they captured her in later episodes is unknown. However, in the "In the Flesh" episode, Captain Janeway gave that knowledge to species 8472 so it's likely they have a defence for the Borg.
